Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo have been announced as the official food curators of SoFi Stadium’s LA Eats program and they will be serving quite the meal to Chargers and Rams fans.
Deep-fried hotdogs, elongated burgers, and chicken salad sandwiches will be some of the staples of LA Eats.
With several restaurants in the area such as Jon & Vinny’s, the two spent the past year researching and determining what the best food for a football stadium would be.
The food will be a mixture between subs, delis, cheeseburgers, and more, they announced this week.
SoFi Stadium wants to be known for its high-quality food. With locally sourced ingredients and after months of research in Sofi Staidium’s test kitchen, its food is about to “change the game.”
LA Eats is based on four core concepts and each menu will be inspired by the major street it’s named after. For example, its burger/deli concept will be for Fairfax Avenue.
