The catering/ pop-up eatery has been announced as one of the first tenants for the project’s Berth 84 Pop-Up Park, a 14,000-square-foot development dedicated to various food and drink concepts, according to a press release. Owner Jillana Miller confirmed the site with What Now Los Angeles. Other tenants announced for this part of the new waterfront park addition are Coffee with Crème and Sugar and Catalina Tea Bar, sitting along the West Harbor’s Promenade.

Miller Butler, a grassroots mobile fresh pasta and wood-fired pizza company based out of San Pedro, was founded by Chef Miller and Ahmad Jamal Butler, a gifted Pizzaiolo and pasta maker. The two bring immense experience, with Miller serving as a private chef to numerous celebrities, including Mary J. Bilge, Rick Rubin, and Kobe Bryant. Butler also has 15 years of experience in the Hotel Hospitality industry. While the duo has been serving through catering, pop-ups, and private classes, their passion is rooted in community. As such, being added to this development is an exciting step for this eatery.

“We are a grassroots mobile fresh pasta and wood-fired pizza company based out of San Pedro,” according to the company’s website. “We aim to celebrate life within our community through a unique set of culinary experiences. We love cultivating moments of the good life- or “Dolce Vita” by way of connecting over food. We make a variety of high-quality handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas, teach cooking and pasta-making classes, and provide catering and private chef services.”
