The project would rise on a vacant, roughly 2.5-acre patch of land just east of New Life Church of Nazarene at 10650 Reseda Blvd. Plans call for 27 memory care units and 87 assisted living units in a two-story building reaching a height of about 39 feet.

The applicant listed in planning documents is Eric Jacobsen, founder and CEO of Lake Oswego, Oregon-based senior living development company Seasons Living.

Also involved is the owner of the project site, New Life Church of Nazarene, as well as architect Hochhauser Blatter Associates Architecture & Planning and landscape architect SQLA.

The project representative is entitlement consulting company three6ixty.

The development would provide 67 parking spaces for residents and staff in one underground parking level.

Plans also call for a bistro lounge, theater entertainment, on-site medical clinic, hair salon, and other amenities.

In all, the project would provide about 13,000 square feet of common open space.
