Tucked away on a historic two-block street just off the beach, the company’s third Los Angeles site will open in Fall 2022. Like its other three locations, including the original site in Madison Square, the space will combine inspiring work and social areas with expanded amenities for the Venice way of life. Such amenities include an exquisite rooftop restaurant, light-filled bar, and expanded activities for the Venice setting. Access to NeueHouse Venice Beach will be highly limited, so memberships are necessary.

The new restaurant, Reunion (no relation to Chef Art Smith’s highly successful restaurant), will sit on the second-floor rooftop. With indoor and outdoor seating, a crescent bar, and views of Venice as the backdrop, the restaurant will offer exceptional food, creative recharges, cocktails, and much more. Unlike the rest of NeueHouse, Reunion will be a special destination for members and locals to gather and connect.

As for the rest of the development, which is currently hiring its staff, members can expect a broadcast studio, art galleries, podcast rooms, mail services, private event spaces, and more. Office spaces range from a gallery, designed for individuals or small teams who don’t require a permanent desk, starting at $595 a month, to a studio, for teams who do their best work in private offices, starting at $3,600. The company is also planning to open a location in Miami around the same time as Venice.
