The company’s newest location will open at the Grand Century Plaza shopping center, according to OneV Capital Partner managing partner Brian Nguyen, who tells What Now Los Angeles that this location will be franchise-owned by J&L Creamery LLC. The group will also open a Nobibi in Medan, Indonesia, by year-end, followed by new locations in Jarkata and Bali. Nguyen also tells What Now LA that this franchise group is looking for additional sites in Los Angeles to open more Nobibi locations.

“We are thrilled to embark on our journey as part of the Nobibi franchise family,” J&L Creamery LLC said in a joint statement sent to What Now Los Angeles. “We are excited to be chosen to open a Nobibi shop in Rowland Heights that we believe will become the go-to destination for delicious, handcrafted ice cream and tea. We aim to make it one of the best locations in the Nobibi franchise. Our site is at Grand Century Plaza, currently under construction and set to be completed by the Spring next year.”

This is just the beginning for Nobibi, which plans to open several new locations in the next calendar year. Before the year’s end, the company plans to open another international location in Mexico City and a new location in Buena Park at Knott’s Berry Farm. In 2025, Nobibi will start the year by opening a location in Anaheim in January, followed by a location in Monterey Park’s Jade Plaza at 301 E Garvey Avenue, Site D. By mid-May, the company will expand in the Bay Area with a new location in Hayward Plaza. All locations will offer a variety of delicious sweets, making Nobibi a fast-growing company slowly taking over the world.

“Our goal is to build a strong Nobibi brand presence in Indonesia,” the statement continues. “Our mission is to inspire happiness, foster lasting memories, and unite people over a shared love for the world’s favorite treat, making every cone, cup, and smile a reflection of our commitment to excellence and heart.”
