This will become the primary coffee shop in the upcoming multi-purpose development called The Enclave, having to only potentially compete with Boba Break Tea House. The Enclave, a development from The Ruth Group, is a collection of rentable office space, various restaurants, an activated outdoor common area, art installations, and year-round events. A representative from the upcoming shopping center tells What Now Los Angeles they expect to have a soft opening in July 2022, with a grand opening planned for October 2022.

Other restaurants coming to The Enclave include Beleaf Better BurgersBerry BrandLong Beach Fish GrillLea Jane’s Hot ChickenHiroNori Craft Ramen, and Faka’s Island Grill. These new restaurants will serve both the mall visitors and renters of the office spaces in a bright and welcoming outdoor space. Artists Kenyan Armitage and Sarah Robarts have partnered to showcase two new murals on the side of The Enclave, titled Heart Wall and Love Wall, the latter featuring the word “love” written in 98 languages.

“I wanted to do something with these lids because they’re gorgeous and rusty,” Robarts tells South Bay regarding Heart Wall. “It’s just perfect that it all came together. “It’s definitely inspired by a need for more love and collaboration and goodwill, and everyone working together in a more unified way.”
