The exciting expansion comes on the heels of Happy Hours’ thriving Quartz Hill and Lancaster locations, and a busy Jones tells What Now Los Angeles the brand is definitely looking to expand further, with its scope set on Orange County next.

As for why Jones chose a mall locale for the eatery’s third iteration, the bar & grill founder simply says, “There’s good foot traffic there.”

Happy Hours leans into the common sports-bar aesthetic but with a twist…or, rather, a riddle: “Why limit ‘happy’ to one hour?” The answer is as rhetorical as it is rational. In lieu of a timeframe in which customers have to bustle for the best deals, Happy Hours remains affordably priced all day long and offers specials every day of the week (including Saturdays and Sundays).

At Happy Hours, diners and drinkers can choose from a simple yet well-considered menu consisting of appetizers like a jumbo pretzel or potato skins; salads that can be turned into wraps; fried fare like crispy pickles or avocado slices; pizza; burgers; loaded fries; and a “Good Eats” section that almost directly translates to “main entrees” (fish & chips, turkey sandwich, tacos, etc.).

The burgeoning grub & getaway spot also offers a full bar and plenty of brews on tap.
