All 260 stores across the U.S. and Canada are expected to shutter within two to four weeks.

Employees at several local Papyrus retail stores, including in Westfield Century City, confirmed the news in a telephone conversation with What Now Los Angeles Tuesday after receiving word from parent company Schurman Retail Group last week.

It’s unclear when each store will close for good, but the internal memo indicated a liquidation over the next two to four weeks.

A companywide sale, currently offering customers 20 percent off online and instore, is already underway.

Liquidation firm Gordon Brothers has been retained by Schurman Retail Group to oversee the going-out-of-business sales.

Across the U.S. and Canada, Papyrus is expected to close roughly 260 stores.
