The King of Chicken is once again on the move. With hen houses in Buena Park, Cupertino, and Artesia, the royal rooster has his claws on a fourth location in Koreatown.

Since its 1982 conception in Daejoon, South Korea, Pelicana Chicken has expanded its kingdom to over 2,000 stores abroad. Korean fried chicken is all the rage and it’s easy to understand why after one bite of its simultaneous crispiness and juicy tenderness. Pelicana Chicken offers over fifty variations of chicken, specializing in yang-nyum chicken doused in traditional sweet and spicy sauce.
The newest Pelicana Chicken will move into suites 116 and 117 at 621 S Western Avenue. The chicken eatery will sit amongst Korean dessert shop SomiSomi, French bakery Paris Baguette, and the H Mart Madang Plaza.
