The North Hollywood development is being planned by owner and applicant MLBT Enterprises, a Los Angeles company led by Larisa Bolotsky that submitted plans for the project in the spring. Also involved is project representative Heather Lee of full-service real estate firm The Ketter Group, plans show.

The Ketter Group Managing Principal Boaz Miodovsky will present the project on behalf of the development team on Wednesday, according to the neighborhood council’s agenda. The council will then discuss and potentially vote on the plans, which call for demolishing the site’s existing commercial offices to make way for the proposed apartment community, named Denny Apartments in planning documents.

Plans call for five apartments to be set aside for very low-income households and also for the project to include 2,300 square feet of commercial space.

Amenities would include a pet-washing station and 2,000 square feet of rooftop space, plans show.

The NoHo Neighborhood Council on Wednesday will also review and possibly vote on plans for a 171-key hotel project about a mile south of the proposed Denny Apartments project site.
