“Chef Miguel Aliaga and his team have created a haven for professionals and food lovers alike to enjoy a relaxing lunch break or celebratory ‘I made it through another work day’ dinner,” a spokesperson in an email Tuesday told What Now Los Angeles.
Situated in Silicon Beach, at 12181 Bluff Creek Dr., The Conference Room seeks to offer an “elevated dining experience” and a place “Angelenos will actually want to set up a meeting, join friends for drinks or host their next special event.”
Elements of Aliaga’s cultural background in Peruvian, Italian, and Mexican cuisines, can be seen throughout the menu.
Highlights include Fish & Chips, Mary’s Chicken, and flatbreads such as Fig Jam and Crimini Mushroom along with entrees like the Lomo Saltado, a traditional Peruvian beef filet dish with tomato coulis and potato au gratin, Semolina Gnocchi Tartufo with taleggio fondue and alba black truffles, and Falafel Crusted Salmon sourced from Patagonia.
On the drink side of things, The Conference Room has six local drafts on tap along with Peroni and Stella Artois, and specialty cocktails.
The coffee program has a selection of over ten different international coffee blends along with a full espresso bar.
The Conference Room is the size of a standard board room but with private booths and window-view tables, hanging mirrored fixtures, wood-paneled walls, and dimmed lighting.
