Town Hall is set to replace Cupcake Studios, at 11020 W Magnolia Blvd.

Yaakov Subar of Ratner Management presented plans for Town Hall Thursday to the NoHo Neighborhood Council.

It’s unclear how Ratner is involved.

Subar was not immediately available for comment when reached Friday by What Now Los Angeles.

Seeds And Growth, a “full-service consultancy of Cultural Engineers, Spatial Designers, Strategists, and Producers,” is working on the project.

“The food hall solves the need for that third space; a place to gather outside of the office, outside of the home,” Seeds And Growth writes of Town Hall on its website.

“It might be your office, your home away from home. Constantly changing to keep you coming back again and again. True to the arts district spirit of first adapters and pioneers, it offers food, discovery, and community on the cutting edge.”
