Catering to the busy lifestyles of Southern California commuters and tourists, the Robeks Union Station location offers easy-to-order healthy meals and snacks. The brand’s range of made-to-order smoothies, juice blends, and premium hand-crafted toasts use the highest quality ingredients for unmatched flavor and nutritional value. Plus, the Robeks Rewards app allows customers to order ahead and pick up their favorites quickly, ensuring a hassle-free experience in a high-traffic setting.

“We are thrilled to bring Robeks to Union Station, where commuters, travelers, and locals alike can enjoy our fresh and nutritious offerings,” said Mariam Aivazian in a statement. “This new location, which is within walking distance of iconic locations like Olvera Street, Chinatown, the L.A. Civic Center and the Arts District, is particularly exciting for us because of Union Station’s rich history and bustling energy. We’re confident that Robeks will be an ideal space where people can grab something healthy on the go without sacrificing flavor or quality.”

Both first-generation immigrants from Armenia, the Aivazians have been franchise owners with Robeks since 2019, developing four of the LA-based locations since their business ownership pursuit began. Mariam, a Certified Residential Appraiser and Real Estate Broker with a BA in International Relations, brings sharp business acumen and organizational leadership to their Robeks stores. Kevin, a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in Accounting, complements Mariam’s expertise by managing operations at the front end. Together, they’ve successfully grown their Robeks franchise with a shared passion for health, wellness, and serving their community.

“It’s always exciting to see passionate local owners like Mariam and Kevin Aivazian continue to grow with Robeks,” shared Robeks VP of Marketing Mitch Baker. “We’re confident their new Union Station location will quickly become a favorite stop for those looking for convenient, and portable delicious food options. Mariam and Kevin have a great vision for this store, and we look forward to seeing how they bring it to life.”

To ensure a seamless and convenient experience for our guests, Robeks has partnered with third-party online and mobile food-ordering delivery providers including Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grub Hub. Through these strategic partnerships, they offer hassle-free delivery of flavorful smoothies, juices, toasts, and bowls directly to your doorstep, whether it’s your home or workplace. Ordering is a breeze with the Robeks Rewards app, available for free download on all mobile platforms, as well as through Robeks.com. Even when opting for delivery via the Robeks mobile app, you can still earn “Robeks Rewards” points and enjoy the same exceptional taste and quality that you would find in-store.
