Joybird’s space will combine its headquarters with a new retail opportunity, providing a furniture shopping experience for consumers among other technology-centric companies like Virgin Hyperloop, Miro, and UBtech. The space will showcase brand partnerships and serve as an incubator for retail innovation as it allows customers to fully immerse themselves in the customization of their home furnishings.

“This configuration is ideal for us in a post-pandemic world,” said Gerardo Ornelas, General Manager of Joybird in a statement. “I’m confident this will be a huge step in the right direction to both inspire and meet the needs of our employees and customer base.”

Joybird joins an eclectic community of forward-thinking brands and businesses that have leased office space at the 30-acre district, thanks in large part to the abundance of amenities, award-winning and Michelin-starred restaurants, creative workspaces, and outdoor green areas. The district also hosts a myriad of social activations, from gallery pop-ups to outdoor markets to rooftop film screenings.
