The company will move into the soon-to-open Third Street Promenade ghost kitchen, former the home of Gallery Food Hall. Santa Monica Brew Works will be the exclusive beer within Kitchen United MIX, located just 1.5 miles from the brewery at 1920 Colorado Ave. Ownership have recently applied for a liquor license to be the exclusive beer provider within Kitchen United MIX.

While the complete list of restaurants to be featured at this upcoming ghost kitchen has yet to be revealed, a few restaurants have been announced, including SAJJ Mediterranean, Chili’s To-Go, Maggiano’s, and It’s Just Wings. It’s unknown exactly when the new Kitchen United MIX is opening, considering signage have been up since this summer. A representative from Santa Monica Brew Works could not provide a launch date for their ghost kitchen debut.

This will be the fifth Kitchen United MIX in Los Angeles County, with sites already in Pasadena, Santa Monica, Westwood Ralphs, and Torrance’s Del Amo Fashion Center. The company, which has 21 locations and outposts throughout the country, is also opening a new Los Angeles site at 3939 South Figueroa St. This is the first of many for Kitchen United Mix, with eight more locations coming to cities across the country, including new markets like Cleveland and Miami.
