Seabutter Sushi is opening a fourth location in The Americana at Brand shopping center in Glendale this month, confirms a marketing representative for the eatery. And across the street it is opening a second outpost of its hand roll concept, The Bar – Handrolls by Seabutter, this fall.

“We love the energy and people in Glendale and are super excited to be a part of the Americana at Brand family,” the marketing representative shares. 

Seabutter offers a large menu of appetizers like beef gyoza, shishito peppers, soft shell crab; a variety of tempura; crispy rice topped with options like avocado, baked lobster and spicy albacore; specialty rolls; sushi and sashimi; hand rolls; pressed sushi; hot plates; soups; salads; and an omakase experience. It also has unfiltered, filtered, and sparkling sake, as well as wine and beer options.

The Bar’s menu is more casual with a variety of basic and specialty hand rolls, donburi, sashimi style plates, and pickled cucumber and seaweed salads. It serves a limited menu of sake, beer and wine as well. 

The brand takes pride in offering a  menu that uses the freshest and highest quality ingredients, all centered around highlighting the most important element: the fish. 

Seabutter has three open restaurants in Beverly Hills, Westlake Village and Laguna Beach; and The Bar’s other location is in Studio City.
