Owner Nima Karmi tells What Now Media he hopes to open the nearby relocation by April 2022. The new restaurant will have an 811 square-foot patio with 46 seats, out of a total of 110. The proposed hours for Sebastian’s Mediterranean Cuisine are 10 am to 11 pm daily. Karimi says he has a few changes planned for the newly located restaurant, but the most significant difference being they plan on featuring a new wine bar.

Sebastian’s Mediterranean Cuisine’s original location at 309 W. 7th St. was a fusion of Italian and Mediterranean, according to Karmi. Now that he owns his own Italian restaurant, La Bocca Felice, the new restaurant will focus more on authentic Mediterranean Cuisine. Some dishes expected at this location include tabbouleh, lamb chops, and gyros. Kamri also hopes to fill the Italian void with more classic Mediterranean dishes.

“We strive to provide a personally curated dining experience,” Karmi says on his website. “Our dishes are created with fresh products that bring pleasure with every bite. Seeing people nodding and gestures as they try my food makes it all worth it.”
