The Planning and Land Use Committee for the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council (ERNC) on Tuesday evening will hear a presentation from the project’s developer.

ERNC did not name the developer on its agenda for the meeting.

While plans have not yet been submitted to the City of Los Angeles for the proposed project, at 4900 Eagle Rock Boulevard, the land is under contract, according to a Loopnet listing.

The yet-to-be-named development would be comprised of 140 beds, two-thirds of which would be dedicated to assisted living and one-third to memory care.

It is planned to have two separate buildings over a single level of underground parking.

Planned amenities include an activities room, hair salon, and bistro.

None of the resident rooms would contain kitchens, and instead, residents would be served three meals a day in a large dining room.
