The boba tea chain has over 300 stores in 16 countries. There is no official date for when the restaurant is opening, but it appears they are close, according to Toddrickallen. Customers can expect the new cafe to open around the end of the year. The closest location to this new one is near UCLA in Westwood. The new cafe will replace the ice cream shop Chills360 and sit next to Joe’s Pizza. This will be the ninth location in Los Angeles County.

Sharetea was established in 1992 in Taipei, Taiwan. The company started with to-go black tea and pearl milk tea drinks. The restaurant then began to franchise its locations worldwide, but it’s unknown who the franchisee for this location will be. When the cafe does open, customers can expect to find various teas and coffees such as classic oolong tea and kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly.

“Our drinks are made from high-quality tea leaves and selected ingredients shipped directly from Taiwan,” according to their website. “All products are 100% guaranteed to arrive fresh and tasty. We test the tea leaves each growing season and all ingredients from time to time to ensure our drinks’ consistency and quality. Best tea needs the best ingredients, and we insist on the best for you.”
