The new 1,200 square-foot restaurant will replace The Flame Broiler, which closed down last year. Although there is no official opening date for the new restaurant, their lease begins in October 2021. Simply Salad began in 2010 under owners Bruce Teichman and Cameron Lewis. The two opened the first location in South Park as a way to fix the salad experience.

Simply Salad offers a handful of signature wraps and salads with the option of creating your own. The fast-casual restaurant “specializes in the freshest custom-built signature salads and wraps with 65+ toppings and 25+ dressings.” On top of the fresh entrees offered at Simply Salad, the micro-chain also offers catering for those who want to host a healthy gathering.

“They [Teichman and Lewis] used to spend their lunch breaks searching for healthy, well-portioned food made quickly—for an affordable price,” according to their website. “Since they were never able to find that combination, they decided to be the change they wanted to see. These days, Bruce and Cameron have said goodbye to the tiny and overpriced salads they used to eat, and so can you.”
