The restaurant can be currently found in Marina del Rey and the Wilshire Vista neighborhood, with another site coming to Inglewood. The new 3,000-square-foot SoFi Hollywood Park location will feature a 600-square-foot garden patio, a lounge and bar area, and a stage for entertainment. Although the pandemic has delayed construction for the Inglewood location, owner Barbara “Sky” Burrell expects to open in the first half of 2023.

The company’s fourth location will move into the Iconic Fashion Mart Building at an unknown time. The award-winning restaurant has only mentioned this location on its website so the company may be focusing on its Inglewood site first. When this new location opens, customers can expect delicious tacos that Burrell has served throughout Los Angeles County since 1992. The restaurateur admits her food has piqued the interest of many local celebrities and well-known individuals.

“I heard that Brad Pitt, Usher, Jennifer Lawrence, Angela Bassett, and her family, and Diane Reeves have ordered tacos from Sky’s,” Burrell recently told Wave Publication. “Elon Musk called our catering department and ordered tacos, and Mayor Eric Garcetti has said that Sky’s has the best tacos in L.A.”
