Located just a few blocks away from Melrose Ave on Santa Monica Blvd, the West Hollywood studio will offer a variety of fully immersive strength-training classes for those looking to push past their limits, regardless of experience level.

Held in a dimly-lit room under blue lights, each challenging class is outfitted with their signature custom-built [sweatlana] machine, and led by an experienced coach who offers personalized instruction. Across six class selections, each utilizes a science-backed approach of slow and controlled movements, proven to be the most effective and efficient way to sculpt strong, lean, long muscles. The latest [solidcore] studio addition is just the environment for members new and old to become stronger and more resilient – physically and mentally.

“West Hollywood is a health and fitness hub as is, therefore we could not be more thrilled to expand our presence in the Los Angeles area and share our love of strength-training with this vibrant community,” said Bryan Myers, President and CEO of [solidcore] in a statement. “The New Year feels more cheerful and promising than it has in many years, so we look forward to being a part of that joy by setting up the [solidcore]-curious with a workout that will aid them in achieving their 2023 fitness goals.”
