Encino Ventura Boulevard recently completed a 106,000-square-foot renovation that includes Blaze Pizza, The Kebab Shop, Planet Fitness, Pressed, and Shake Shack.

“One of our main goals was to re-envision the center with a focus on fun, food, and fitness,” said Mark Ross, senior director of Leasing at ShopCore Properties, owners and managing entity for Encino Courtyard, in a statement. “Now more than ever, customers want to shop and socialize in outdoor shopping centers, and businesses are prioritizing outdoor locations when looking to expand or launch a brand.”

Los Angeles now has 118 stores in the greater Los Angeles Area, including 27 small-format locations, according to a press release. La Bonne Brae will be approximately 18,500 square feet, while Encino Ventura Boulevard’s location will be 49,000 square feet. Both will feature a CVS pharmacy, a Starbucks, and order pickup options.
