Teriyaki Madness is the latest corporate chain planned for the Sofia mixed-use in DTLA’s Westlake district.
The quick-service franchise is slated to open next year in suite 105 of the Grocery Outlet: Bargain Market-anchored development, at 1122 W 6th St.
Teriyaki Madness joins Chipotle and Starbucks at Sofia.
Two tenant space—suites 104 and 106—are still available for lease, according to the latest marketing materials for the center.
Sofia, which sits adjacent to Good Samaritan Hospital, offers 606 residential units above its ground-level commercial space.
