The concept will debut in the 12,420-square-foot, three-story building that was most recently home to 1 Oak Los Angeles, an offshoot of an NYC hot spot with DJs and bottle service.

Regarding the incoming establishment, The h.wood Group told What Now Los Angeles, Founders John Terzian and Brian Toll intend to pay homage to the location’s former concepts — Key Club and Billboard Live — as well as the history of music on The Strip.

Construction on the soon-to-debut venue is currently underway, including the implementation of state-of-the-art lighting, a sound system, and a secret VIP room. The project will eventually cater to every type of performance: from big-name DJ sets and intimate acoustic shows to listening parties and more.

The h.wood Group is also responsible for Bootsy Bellows, The Nice Guy, Delilah, The Peppermint Club, and handfuls of other lauded LA playgrounds.
