The new upscale Lüm Hotel in Inglewood is opening a new restaurant Called Lüm Sports Bar, located at 3900 W. Century Blvd.
The new development will be situated adjacent to SoFi Stadium and hopes to open in January 2021, before Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles. Lüm Sports Bar, backed by restaurant partner The Shomof Group, will serve all day parts of the property, including the ground-level with a full-service bar with several TVs for game day viewing. The restaurant’s interior will have a decor of vintage motorcycles and sports memorabilia in a plush lounge-style setting.
The yet-to-open Lüm Hotel features an eclectic Mexican-Modernism design of cultural art and furnishings. The three-story hotel will feature a central 80ft pool, a rooftop observation deck overlooking Sofi Stadium, a pool-level bar, an on-site fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, and a second-story event space. When the restaurant opens, various areas will be available for private parties and large parties such as tailgates, weddings, and more.
Food specifics have yet to be released yet, but customers can expect all the best sports-viewing foods such as nachos, wings, sliders, and more. Guests will be able to order at the counter instead of seated to accommodate the many visitors coming from the stadium, Hollywood Park Casino, The Forum venue, and under-construction Intuit Dome.
“When it came to the design, I was inspired by the peaceful, zen culture of traveling to tropical locales around the world, and I wanted to deliver a similarly idyllic environment at LÜM Hotel,” Jimmy Shomof, Project Manager at Lum Hotel, tells 2UrbanGirls. “The central location to sports and concert venues initially drew the Shomof Group to this project, and with LÜM and the on-site restaurant we are developing, the property has the unique opportunity of becoming a central hub and destination for Rams, Chargers, and Clippers fans, before and after games, and concert-goers headed to the Forum.”
