This will become the 13th and 14th locations for the Los Angeles-based restaurant, which recently opened in San Juan Capistrano. The Westlake Village site, located within the Westlake Plaza, is expected to open first, while the Valencia location is scheduled to open in Spring 2022. Founder/ CEO Murray Wishengrad recently announced the company is expanding to Texas, with a new site coming to The Woodlands.

Both new locations will continue serving redefined American classics such as burgers, wraps, hot dogs, fries, and more. Examples of their reimagined dishes can be found through their rotating specials, which currently feature a yuzu shroom burger and a harvest turkey burger on a wheat bun. The Stand, which first opened in 2003, also serves desserts and craft beer/ wine in-store. It’s unknown at this point if either of the new locations will feature breakfast the way Century City does.

“Redefining today’s casual dining scene, The Stand delivers quality, speed, and a diverse menu designed to meet everyone’s needs,” according to their website. “Our menu is created from a passion for American classics done in our own way that incorporates modern flavors and techniques to make each dish truly unique.”
