The company’s newest location will move into the Westfield Shopping Center sometime in 2023, according to the company’s website. This will become the ninth True Food Kitchen in California and the fourth in Los Angeles County, following Santa Monica, Pasadena, and El Segundo. When this new location opens, customers can expect delicious American classics that change depending on the season. The company’s menus feature quality ingredients and simple preparations.

Currently, True Food Kitchen is offering its Fall 2022 menu. Some seasonal highlights from this menu include butternut squash soup, roasted brussel sprouts, spicy Panang curry, fall pesto pasta, and more. As for drinks, the company has added a hibiscus margarita, espresso martini, passion colada, and many more. The menu at the new True Food Hall coming to Westfield Century City will depend on when the restaurant opens, and it will change as the seasons do. While the restaurant likes to keep things interesting with its seasonal menu, it will have some year-round staples.

The shopping center will be a perfect location for the new restaurant, having to only compete with Tender Greens, Sweetgreen, and Sunlife Organics. While there are plenty of eateries in the area, most are not as health-conscious as True Food Hall or its competitors. The shopping mall also recently welcomed two new restaurants to the area: Ramen King Keisuke and Sestina. This proves Westfield Malls are the go-to shopping centers in Los Angeles for countless dining options.
