Both of the tenants will share the former home of the short-lived Kindred Spirit Coffee Shop, according to Toddrickallen. Opening dates for both of these dates are unknown, but they appear to be near. On the north side, Bubbletopia LA will offer boba, bubble tea, bubble waffles, ice cream, matcha, and thai tea, according to their Instagram. On the south side of the building, Dogbite Gourmet Hot Dogs will offer everything and anything related to hot dogs, including elote dogs and ring dogs.

Bubbletopia LA initially hoped to open the new section by December 2021, but reports show that has yet to happen. On the other hand, Dogbite Gourmet Hot Dogs appears to be in search of its staff, although you can order online on their website for curbside pickup or delivery. Both restaurants are likely to open their dining section by the end of the month.

Although Bubbletopia LA doesn’t have much information other than what’s on their social media, Dogbite Gourmet Hot Dogs has its entire menu online. Other delicious-looking hot dogs include the pastrami dog, downtown dog, and the $40 millionaire dog with WagYu premium beef, chopped lobster, gold flakes, and infused aioli. The new restaurant will also have several french fry options with elaborate toppings similar to its hot dog counterpart. To top things off, Dogbite Gourmet Hot Dogs has a handful of dessert options.
