Pho Anh, found on Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside, has a new restaurant in the works.
In a license filed with the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control, Pho Anh Hot Pot & Crawfish has plans to open at 10271 Magnolia Ave. in Riverside.
Pho Anh is traditional Vietnamese cooking and only uses the freshest ingredients and a minimal amount of dairy and oil. It relies on herbs and vegetables for its dishes and a selective use of spices to create a fine taste and one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide.
Just off the Riverside Freeway, Pho Anh will be in the middle of a cluster of shopping centers, including the Galleria at Tyler, Tyler Street Plaza, and Magnolia Plaza.
