The company’s newest location will be coming to Cross Creek Ranch, a mixed-use development with 70,000 square feet of luxury retail, chic boutiques, and electric eateries, according to a recent liquor license application. While Kith Malibu and Frankie’s Bikinis are already operating, the new Wally’s will likely open before the end of the year, possibly early next year. Other tenants coming to Cross Creek Ranch include Clark’s Oyster Bar, Pura Vida Miami, Le Labo, and more.

Wally’s has three locations, including Beverly Hills, a cheese, wine, and spirits retail store that won Wine Spectator’s Grand Award this year. It is followed by Santa Monica and Las Vegas, both hybrid concepts encapsulating the finest food, beverages, and gourmet foods. Owners recently submitted a liquor license application for both off-sale general and on-sale beer and wine-eating places, suggesting that this will also be a hybrid model serving as a retail store and a restaurant.

The restaurants have various menus throughout the day, including brunch, lunch, dinner, cheese & charcuterie, cocktails, and wine. The brunch menu is broken up into a handful of breakfast options and double the number of lunch options, with a few sides at the bottom. During lunch, customers have over 30 options, distinguished by cold or hot options, a feature on the dinner menu. Some items on the dinner menu at the Santa Monica location include the Wally Burger, Spicy Lobster Alla Vodka, King Salmon, Half Rack of Lamb, and more.
