The brand new meat and seafood market will replace a 6,453 square-foot Chase Bank in late 2022. The company has signed a 10-year lease for the property, which will mark the second one in California. Wild Fork Foods’ other Southern California location is in Mission Viejo at 27785 Santa Margarita Pkwy. This will become the company’s 15th location. When the Los Angeles market does open, customers can expect to find a large selection of freshly packaged seafood and meats.

Wild Fork Foods is owned and operated by JBS USA and has most of its locations within Florida. Recently, the company began to expand beyond the Sunshine State, moving to California, Texas, and Chicago. Wild Fork Foods markets its products via e-commerce, and the purchases can be shipped directly to the consumer or picked up for free at their stores.

The company has set itself apart from the rest of the competition with its “wild fork way.” The company controls every step of the process from farm to fork, ensuring the highest quality, biggest selection, and most consistent eating experience, according to their website. They carefully source their selection from slow feeders in Nebraska and Colorado, age their beef in a climate-controlled environment for 17 days, and blast freeze its produce, reducing crystallization and maintaining juiciness, flavor, and tenderness. To make customers’ lives easier, they also offer same-day delivery and convenient packaging.

As mentioned, Wild Fork Foods offers one of the largest selections of seafood and meat. Customers can find various versions of beef, steaks, pork, lamb, sausage, burgers, seafood, and specialty meat, including alligator, ostrich, bison, rabbit, and goat. For healthier alternatives, the company also offers organic, grass-fed, wild-caught, gluten-free, plant-based, and antibiotic-free options. Wild Fork and Food also try to make Thanksgiving a little easier by providing everything one would need for the meal.

CORRECTION: The previous article misstated the address as 1130 N. Sepulveda Blvd. The correct address for the new store is 1100 N. Sepulveda Blvd.
