Owner Kenny Huynh tells What Now Los Angeles he hopes to open the new restaurant in the Wrigley Marketplace by August 2022. This will be the fourth location for the slow-growing micro chain, following Gardena, their original spot in Orange, and a yet-to-be-opened location in Buena Park. Both existing locations are not open on Tuesdays, and the new Wing Ferno is expected to follow the same hours. When the restaurant does open, it will sit at the corner of the shopping center, along with Jersey Mike’s Subs, L&L Barbecue, and WaBa Grill.

Wing Ferno proudly serves 15 original spices and some of the hottest Nashville chicken in Southern California. Ranging from sweet, spicy, and the other ‘If You Dare?’ flavors, this chicken chain has every level of spiciness for its wings and sandwiches. Those looking for a mild spice have options such as honey BBQ, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper, while those looking for some heat have choices like spicy Korean, walking dead, and the hottest: wing ferno.

Although Wing Ferno specializes in chicken and its various spiciness levels, the restaurant also offers everything from fresh salad bowls to locally crafted beers. To start, guests have several French fry options, such as chicken or buffalo-loaded fries and tater tots, while other sides include garlic noodles, coleslaw, stuffed jalapenos, and more. To wash it all down, they also have several craft beer and soft drink choices.

For those only interested in the chicken and possibly want to have it for a family meal or an upcoming event, they can buy wings by the piece or as family packs (up to 100 wings). And if quality is a concern, know that Wing Ferno partners with local vendors and handpicks all products to provide the freshest and most organic meat and produce, aiming to provide the best eating experience.
