Argento — an incoming vegan Italian concept by Nic Adler — is opening at the recently-closed Little Pine this summer. Little Pine shuttered its doors last fall under new ownership.

Jared Simons, the previous chef & owner of Taco Vega and current executive chef of Adler’s Nic’s on Beverly, will take charge of Argento’s food menu while Jason Eisner will oversee the beverage menu. 

In true Adler fashion, the fare will be comprised of local seasonal produce to avoid processed vegan meats.
