Bacari Restaurants will be debuting Byrdie’s Rotisserie at 8030 W 3rd Street. The space had been formerly occupied by Quality, a popular brunch spot that permanently closed during the pandemic after 28 years.

According to Eater Los Angeles, Byrdie’s Rotisserie will provide a “straightforward menu of a la carte rotisserie chicken, wings, and more, spread across bowls, sandwiches, and the like.”

Partner and Chef Lior Hillel, whose family recipes partly inspired Byrdie’s, was unavailable for comment at the time of this article.

According to its Instagram, Byrdie’s Rotisserie will open June 11th.
