Chef Guiot also owns ID-Eclair, another French vegan patisserie in Pasadena. There, he serves a number of different vegan and gluten-free sweets, including desserts in a jar, edible cookie spoons, cookies, biscuits, canneles, macrons, and more. The shop also offers cooking classes.

A fourth-generation chef, chef Guiot was a finalist on season 8 of Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship. He grew up in France and found his love for culinary arts by spending time in his grandfather’s restaurant. He went on to serve as executive chef for several bakeries in France before moving to the states.
