Both eateries are helmed by Tim and Nancy Cushman of Cushman Concepts and currently reside only at Boston’s TimeOut Market.

An interview with Nancy Cushman regarding the restaurants’ cross-country venture is forthcoming.

Gogo Ya serves mouthwatering sushi renditions such as the crispy nori taco — a folded seaweed shell stuffed with rice and filled with proteins like spicy torched hamachi, salmon teriyaki, spicy big-eye tuna, or soy-braised mushrooms. Customers can also munch on rolls, bento boxes, and sides like warm edamame and miso soup.

As for Ms. Cluck Deluxe, the chicken and dumpling joint serves up a variety of fried chicken thigh sandwiches; waffle fries; noodles; dumplings, including the seemingly to-die-for chicken, broccoli, & cheddar gyoza; and sides & sauces like the company’s miso maple condiment.
