Jinky’s Cafe is slated to open another location in Los Angeles’ Fairfax neighborhood in around two weeks, according to owner Alan Verma. This news comes fresh off the heels of the news of the breakfast restaurant’s new Santa Monica and Agoura Hills outposts, which are also in the works.
In addition to the cafe’s breakfast staples, the Fairfax location will also serve lunch and dinner, as well as beer, wine, mimosas, and select cocktails, Verma tells WNLA.
Jinky’s also offers gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes; a full coffee bar; and an array of beverages like freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.
All of Jinky’s outposts are now licensed under franchisee agreements, but Verma remains “very involved” with all of them, from operations to menu creation and more.
