“We treat fruits and vegetables as a butcher would meat: chopping, fileting and carving fresh produce into healthy vegetarian dishes and pressing them into pretty juices,” says its website.
Each of its locations serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The menu, which is 100% vegetarian, changes daily, and also includes many vegan and gluten free options.
According to the approved plan, the new 2,896-square-foot restaurant will have both indoor and patio seating. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon Friday and Saturday.
