It’s official: Ryan Floyd’s 33 Taps brewpub will soon take over 7,921 square feet of the ground floor of DTLA’s Moxy/AC hotels. This will be the third iteration of Floyd’s lauded concept, with its two other locations residing in Silver Lake and Culver City.

“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce downtown residents and visitors to 33 Taps,” said DTLA market expert Justin Weiss via a press release. “People might assume that [the nearby] Crypto.com Arena and the L.A. Convention Center are surrounded by sports bars, but it’s really not the case.”
The incoming 33 Taps will join Houston Hospitality’s multi-venue rooftop culinary and bar experience, Level 8, on South Figueroa, both of which will be easily accessible via the adjacent Expo Line Pico Station.
33 Taps offers craft beer; made-from-scratch pub fare — with vegan options as well — a full bar, and plenty of big screens for watching sports. Notable menu items include a chicken, avocado, and corn bowl with toasted almonds and lemon vinegarette; the California Love burger complete with applewood smoked bacon; Banh Mi Fries with sweet Thai sauce and pickled veggies; and plant-based LA Street Tacos.
An opening date has not yet been made public as the leasing agreement was announced only yesterday.
