The former home of Envy Aesthetics Center is now turning into a fresh sandwich shop with a patio, espresso & wine bar, and craft beers. Owner Dennis Constanzo expects to open the new restaurant in April or May 2022. Little Provence Sandwich Bistro appears to be getting everything ready for its upcoming launch, having a website, social media, newsletter, and liquor license. With the slogan “Fresh is out obsession,” the new restaurant is ready to become the best places to get a sandwich around the Arcadia Hub Shopping Center.

Menu item pictures on the restaurant’s website should be enough to get any foodie interested. To start with, breakfast, otherwise known as Le Petit Dejeuner, features some familiar favorites with an upscale twist to them, such as French toast Provence style, a Provence breakfast sandwich, parfaits, granola, and other assorted pastries, freshly baked daily.

There will be two types of sandwiches: sandwiches of Provence and demi sandwiches, meaning “half” the length of a traditional baguette. The “Sandwich de Provence” features several meat options such as roast beef, roasted turkey, tarragon chicken salad, ham, and spicy pork loin. These same meats are featured in the demi sandwiches, all with a half garden of tomato salad. Every sandwich option has a recommended cheese and wine to pair.

To wash it all down, the restaurant offers several espresso and “frappe-ccino” options. The restaurant also offers a yet-to-be-announced wine and craft beer selection for those looking for something a little boozier. What is known is Little Provence Sandwich Bistro will feature Mt. Lowe Brewing Company, Arcadia’s first micro-brewery. Of course, to finish off the perfect meal, the restaurant has apple pie, vanilla indulgence cake, and chocolate mousse.

“The inspiration behind Little Provence Sandwich Bistro comes directly from the French countryside region of Provence,” according to their website. “Provence is the fruit and vegetable garden of France. Its rolling hillsides are abundant with vineyards, olive groves, all manner of produce, lavender fields, herbs & spices, which produce fresh, simple, bold foods that are endlessly satisfying.”
