The shift in venues comes on the heels of Singh’s Fullerton Miirch Social closure; the Commonwealth Avenue outpost, also an Indian joint, is now called Spice Social. It’s unclear if this project is at all related to Miirch Social.

Per the Miirch Social site, the incoming DTLA noshery is “focused on delivering globally-inspired Indian food with the freshest ingredients, like you haven’t seen before.”

The menu will offer dishes that use natural ingredients including fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats to replicate traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation directly from India.

Additionally, Miirch Social strives to bring both community and nightlife to the eating and drinking experience through decor and careful curation.

More information regarding the Pegasus Building’s newest tenant is forthcoming.
