The company’s third location will move to the rooftop of the Maybourne Beverly Hills in Spring 2023, according to Dante’s Instagram. Co-owners Linden Pride and Nathalie Hudson bought the legendary Greenwich Village company in 2015 and expanded to West Village in 2020. Dante, founded in 1915, will now bring its beloved drink menu to the top of the popular Maybourne Hotel, following the hotel’s contemporary aesthetic, according to Eater LA. The new bar will overlook the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood sign.

Dante has earned recognition as one of the best bars in the country by several organizations, including the World’s 50 Best Bars and the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards. The new Beverly Hills location will feature signature aperitivo-style cocktails, complemented by an Italian- and Mediterranean-inspired food menu. Much of the dishes will be centered around a wood-fired oven. Customers can expect a variety of coastal-inspired dishes, such as cedar-smoked California rainbow trout and roasted Santa Barbara black cod.

“During the COVID-19 pandemic, the residents of California were our top supporters outside of New York. An overwhelming amount of orders poured in for merchandise, gift cards, and bottled cocktails, and the community support we felt was remarkable,” Pride tells Eater LA. “We’ve always been inspired by the California lifestyle and cuisine. We believe LA is one of the great culinary centers of the World.”
