Pudding Specialty Shop Already Ready for Expansion

After opening its first location in Venice Beach last week, pudu pudu will be opening two more in the area throughout the summer.

Owner Florian Schneider said the plan is to open a location in Silver Lake in the late spring or early summer and then open a location in Century City in July or August.

Made from locally sourced organic milk, pudu pudu pudding uses high-quality ingredients, health-boosting superfoods, and toppings of all flavors for its “next-generation pudding.”

Some of their top flavors include: Giggle in the Dark, made with caramel popcorn pudding, caramel and fudge, and dark chocolate curls, and Spring Fling, made with pink and white chocolate curls, strawberry vitamins, edible flowers, and fresh and dried strawberry.

Headed for the Westfield Century City Shopping Center, pudu pudu will be around an eclectic mix of restaurants and retail stores.

“Westfield has been a great partner,” Schneider said. “It’s modern and contemporary and I think it’s one of the most exciting malls in the area. It’s a beautiful design, it’s clean and exciting, and just matches our concept completely.”
