Red O – a high-end Mexican restaurant by chef Rick Bayless – appears to be inching closer to debuting its Westlake Village outpost after experiencing delays. Though it was originally slated for spring 2024, the eatery still hasn’t opened; but now, they appear to be looking for a general manager and will start hiring in July, per a listing on Indeed.
