Previously, What Now Los Angeles reported a second Burbank location, at 3019 N Hollywood Way Ste 301f, opening in early 2022. While that location still hasn’t opened, the company has three other new Biergartens on the way, all expected to open by the end of the year. In no particular order, Dog Haus plans to open in San Fernando at 1003 San Fernando Road and in Azusa at 626 N Azusa Ave. Finally, franchisees Irma and Luis Acosta are planning to open a new Dog Haus in Huntington Beach, located at 7811 Edinger Avenue Ste. 120.

The Pasadena-based company first opened in 2010 under partners Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz, and Andre Vener. The trio opened the first Dog Haus with a vision of combining comfort food classics and elevated culinary techniques. Demand was so strong we opened a 2nd location a year later and a 3rd six months after that. Three years after opening, the company started franchising and now has over 35 locations, with several new sites opening soon, including a new Biergarten coming to Eastvale.

After 12 years and countless franchise agreements, Dog Haus has become one of the country’s favorite restaurants to get a gourmet hot dog. Last year, Entrepreneur named the company second in the “Best of Hot Dogs” category for Top Food Franchises Ranking. Earlier this year, the company signed a multi-unit deal with existing franchisees Faizan and Adila Khan to open 15 new locations over the next five years in several major cities throughout Maryland, such as Annapolis, Baltimore, Columbia, Frederick, and Germantown.
