Sloomoo Institute is an immersive experience that taps into the joy of SLIME and multi-sensory play – encouraging visitors to reconnect with the kid in each of us. Sloomoo Institute is already a fixture in New York, Chicago, Houston and Atlanta – having had more than 1 million visitors to date. Founders Karen Robinovitz and Sara Schiller are committed to creating a welcoming space inclusive for all – and by 2025 will have a 10% neurodiverse workforce.

Opening this summer at 157 South Fairfax Avenue (across from the Grove Shopping Center and Farmers Market) Sloomoo Institute Los Angeles is a vivid magenta building offering 13,000 square feet of slime-focused exploration – including: slime waterfalls, a DIY slime bar, all new meditation ASMR sound bath room, STEM learning integrations, endless vats of slime to dip your hands (and feet) into and more! The newest venue is similar to the other massive Sloomoo Institutes – with a distinct California twist, including a 10ft palm tree sculpture (on a skateboard and a green juice in hand). Sloomoo LA’s retail shop will feature city-specific slimes starting at $16, including slimes like “Roll Out The Pink Carpet,” “City of Angels,” and “Malibu Smoothie Bowl.”
