Founded in 2005, Market Creations’ model is targeted toward workplaces with the intention of stimulating customers through sight, sound, and of course, taste.

A brief and satisfying hiatus from the tedium of everyday toil, Market Creations offers colorful and personalizable meals via food bars that feature an array of fresh fare, sometimes including sushi.

What’s more, each of the company’s locations offers different themed stations, ranging from Mexican and Italian to Korean, so customers can choose from a list of fixed-price menu items that can be mixed and matched daily.

Per the company’s website, “There are no rules at Market Creations! Go ahead and get orange chicken with a side of mashed potatoes just because you can!”
