While rumors of Burbank and Aliso Viejo openings have begun to swirl, President Paul Schiefer tells What Now the brand hasn’t yet locked in anything definitively.
“There are a lot of complexities surrounding the pre-development stage that we’re in,” Scheifer says. “But we’re definitely looking to expand throughout SoCal, especially in Orange County and Los Angeles.”
Amy’s Drive-Thru most recently debuted its Thousand Oaks location on Moorpark Road and has four other outposts in Rohnert Park, SF Airport, Corte Madera, and Roseville.
The first organic vegetarian fast food restaurant in the United States, Amy’s Drive-Thru offers stacked burgers, thick milkshakes, chili fries, mac and cheese, burritos, pizzas, and more — all made vegetarian or vegan upon request and all organic.
The Berliners also created Amy’s Kitchen in 1980 and have become the leading maker of vegetarian and vegan frozen meals.
