Ananto Sushi is coming to 25712 The Old Rd. in Stevenson Ranch, confirmed one of the business’ managers. The space has been home to several sushi concepts, including Casa de Sushi (which closed earlier this year) and New Kyoto Sushi before that. Given that the space is already fitted for a sushi restaurant, it’ll likely be an easy move-in for Ananto.
The restaurant recently applied for a type 41 liquor license, so we can probably expect to see some beer and wine on the menu as well.
The eatery sits inside the Valencia Marketplace shopping center, with other tenants such as Famous Footwear, Marshalls, Five Below, Ross, Nike Clearance Store, Pet Supplies Plus, Staples, Walmart, Chilis, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Urbane Cafe, and more.
The new concept is slated to open by the end of this month. The business did not provide further details at this time, but stay tuned for updates.
